Deliveries and Returns

Returning your order

Returns on certain item may not be possible.

Please contact us first.

Changing your Mind
We understand that you may want to cancel an order.  If so, please contact us immediately to get your order cancelled and a refund sent. if goods are already in transit, we cannot cancel your order.

Cancelling an Order

Please contact us by email info@spaldinggardener.co.uk as quickly as possible if you wish to cancel an order. Any refunds will be made to your original payment method also please note personalised items cannot be returned.

Changing your Mind

As long as the items has not been opened or used, you have 7 days from receiving your order to cancel your order.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the item. 

You will need to print out (or copy the details) from your order, which need to be included with your return. This is necessary for us to identify who the return is from and what we need to do next.

None of these terms or conditions affect your statutory legal rights.

Payment

We accept Visa and MasterCard Debit and Credit Cards (except American Express). You will receive an email with details of your order. Please check that this is correct. If you encounter any difficulties, please give us a ring and we will sort them out for you.

In all cases of dispute the law which is applied is that of England.

Making a Complaint

Should you have a complaint if you are not satisfied, then please send an email to info@spaldinggardener.co.uk. We endeavour to resolve any complaints fairly and to your satisfaction. Please take photos if possible on receipt of your goods so we can contact the haulier.
